We understand in some cases thing might go wrong and buyer might like to raise a Refund Request. We have decide to make this situation comfortable for both the buyer and the seller.

A refund case can be raise on new purchase item in which their purchase date are in within 30days This make it convivence for the buyer to request for refund so that the author will also have the freedom to look into the reason why the refund case was raise.

Authors have the right to Accept or Reject a refund case in the other hand the Buyer also have the right to Close and Disclose refund case. Our admins will take proper investigation on a Disclosed refund and make a proper decision on such refund.

How to apply for Refund

  1. Log into your account
  2. Under the user menu select refund
  3. Select the item you want to open refund case on
  4. Give direct and proper reason why you needed a refund on such item
  5. Give the author 48hrs to respond to refund
  6. if author decision not okay with you just disclose the request and it will be send to our admin for investigations
  7. If the author fail to reply with in given days please contact us with you Refund Case Code.

All refund case a valid for review if the item is still withen the purchase date.
